The building integrates perfectly into the environment with its gentle slope. On the south-west-facing terraces of the energy-efficient Climate House "B" (one of the first in South Tyrol), residents can enjoy an excellent panorama from the lake to the mountain peaks.
The construction is of the usual high quality. The reinterpretation of the typical rural Tyrolean architectural style with clean lines and warm colors demonstrates that modern architecture doesn't necessarily have to be extravagant. It has succeeded in bringing tradition and modernity into a harmonious interplay.
